ASI Modular Steel Panels are designed to control noise in a wide variety of applications that range from small motor enclosures to jet engine test cells. Enclosures are designed to provide access at any location.
We design and fabricate complete noise control systems that provide you, the client, with the most noise reduction for dollars spent.
We will provide you with complete drawings so that you can install or Acoustic Standards will provide a qualified installer in your area.
Panels are available in 2" and 4" thickness. Sizes are typically 24" or 48" in width and up to 24' in length. Custom sizes are available upon request. Acoustic Standards will provide sound doors and sound windows as required. We also provide removable walls and roofs. Proper ventilation is achieved through positive pressure or by installing a mechanical ventilating system.
Panels are G-90 galvanized steel, solid exterior skin, with perforated steel interior facing and filled with a high-density sound absorbing media. These panels are designed for either indoor or outdoor applications.
